Welcome to Eric Ceballos BJJ (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or using our website at ericceballosbjj.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Memberships & Billing
Free Week Trial: Available to new students only and may not be combined with other offers.
Monthly Memberships: Auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled before the next billing date.
Cancellation: You may cancel any time before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable once a new billing cycle begins. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions.
Missed Classes: Missed classes do not roll over or credit future weeks.
2. Participation & Assumption of Risk
All training and physical activities are subject to our Participation Agreement.
By purchasing or attending classes, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with martial arts training.
3. Conduct & Use of Facilities
Members agree to follow all gym rules, respect staff and participants, and maintain proper hygiene. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misconduct or unsafe behavior.
4. Online Store & Digital Services
We strive for accurate product and pricing information but cannot guarantee that all information on this Site is error-free. We may update pricing, terms, or availability at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on this Site are property of Eric Ceballos BJJ and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Ceballos BJJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, purchases, or website use.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.
